THE WHITE STORK FROM MURMANSK HAS FOUND A SANCTUARY

Today is Bird Day in Russia and we are glad to share some news about the white stork that had lost its way in Murmansk Region. The stork had been caught and saved with combined effort of local volunteers Natalia Raevskaya and Valentina Kovalishina and an MMBI ornithologist Alexey Ezhov. Presently the stork is in Pskov Region in the capable hands of "White Stork House" rehabilitation center specialists. See the detailed review of the story here.
