Pozharitskaya Olga Nikolaevna

Senior Researcher of the Research Group of Biochemistry of Hydrobionts (Algae and Invertebrates) of the Laboratory of Zoobenthos of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science Murmansk Marine Biological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (MMBI RAS), PhD in Pharmacy.
Graduate of St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical University (1989). She defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic: "Controlled release dosage forms of pentoxifylline and nifedipine" (1998).
Scientific interests:
- methodology for the extraction of natural raw materials using green solvents (oils, emulsions, natural deep eutectic solvents) and the creation of preparations based on extracts;
- isolation, analysis and identification of natural biological substances, including hydrobionts, creation of dosage forms and drug delivery systems, including nanocompositions, self-micro/nanoemulsifiable systems, solid dispersions, etc.;
- scientific substantiation of the mechanisms of action of natural biologically active substances, pharmacokinetics in vitro / in vivo, their correlation.
The total number of publications is more than 340, including more than 150 articles in refereed journals.
Co-author of more than 45 Russian patents and international applications.
