The dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences by MMBI RAS Leading Researcher Ekaterina Dmitrievna Obluchinskaya has been published in the Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and on the HAC website (the third entry from the top titled "Abstracts of Dissertation Research").
The Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation has been the official printed publication of the HAC under the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education since January 2016 and, among other things, publishes abstracts of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, recommended by the HAC expert councils as the best.
