The 6th Scientific-practical conference "Monitoring of natural and technogenic processes - the basis of emergency situations prevention in the Murmansk region", organized by the Committee on Safety of Murmansk region population, on the 26 and 27 April 2016 was held. Radio ecologists of Murmansk Marine Biological Institute KSC RAS traditionally took part in the conference. On the 26th of April presentations by the scientific secretary PhD N.E. Kasatkina (Mathematical modeling of a radiation accident as consequences monitoring method) and Head of Oceanography Laboratory and radioecology PhD G.V. Ilyin (On influence of radioactive waste storage at Andreeva Bay to pollution of marine coastal ecosystems) were made.
