Participation of MMBI KSC RAS in the XI International Fishing Exhibition “Sea. Resuorces. Technologies – 2010”. 11-13 of march 2010, Murmansk, Ledovyi Palace
11-13 March 2010 the Murmansk Marine Biological Institute has participated in the XI International Fishery Exhibition "Sea. Resources. Technology - 2010" in the framework of a large stand of "Towards the 100th anniversary of Murmansk". Institute presented posters on innovative research and the history of the Institute, science-fiction films and documentaries on the activities of MMBI, as well as scientific products like books, articles, booklets and other handouts were represented.
MMBI KSC RAS stand aroused the interest of the Norway consul of business activities, representatives from PINRO, Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Nature, CMS, WWF, LENEXPO, mobile companies, courier services, undergraduate and graduate students from Murmansk Universities, as well as other Russian and foreign exhibitors. The following books presented by MMBI attracted great interest: "Biology and physiology of the red king crab in the Barents coast Sea", "Technology of medicinal and therapeutic means of brown algae","Technology of obtaining products and biologically active substances from marine aquatic organisms", "Pinagor in the Barents Sea and adjacent waters", "Kola Bay: development and management".
