Сегодня в Арктике продолжают жить и работать люди самых разных специальностей, в том числе и ученые – обеспечивая и развивая инфраструктуру, проводя научные исследования, осуществляя промышленные проекты, поддерживая работу Северного морского пути.

On May twenty-first, 1937, the world's first drifting scientific station, "North Pole-1," began its work. Courageous, dedicated, and committed people embarked on this station to conduct research in the Arctic.
Today, people of various professions, including scientists, continue to live and work in the Arctic – maintaining and developing infrastructure, conducting scientific research, implementing industrial projects, and supporting the operation of the Northern Sea Route.
