"MARINE BOTANY" FOR FUTURE BIOLOGISTS AND ECOLOGISTS

A second edition of the "Marine Botany" handbook was published. It was written by famous hydrobiologists - Murmansk Marine Biological Institute Director professor Pavel Makarevich and Murmansk State Technical University professor Elena Shoshina. The handbook covers the most important questions of marine botany. The main focus is concentrated on biological and ecological micro- and macroalgae life characteristics in the Northern Seas. The authors of the handbook have many years of experience of laboratory and field research of the Barents Sea planktonic and benthic algae.
